CiaoCirca a month ago I applied for SSDI. About a week ago I sent into three dates in the value of medical records. There are about 9 or more that you can send The fact is that I have forgotten what the dates of medical record that I sent in, so if I do send my medical records, some of which may be duplicato.Qualora them I sent in or should I send even if some will be duplicates?

I was recently told that I was anemic & had blood / protein in my urine. I had a dipstick & blood test done three years ago into my ex, very unthorough GP. It would be getting those results matter at all? Will the files have anything else useful (I do never remember ever having serious problems, most vaccinations)? I have into do it in person (kind of far), or have portions of it fax? If yes, which parts?

O’Reilly’s making a big deal about this. I don’t see it. The last thing I’d be sensitive about when it comes into invasion of privacy is if I had my big toe operated on in ’94….
If the governmeny wanted that info today they could get it already anyway.
